Digital downloads
Nothing ships. Print sets and single prints are available from your Etsy downloads page the moment payment clears; the digital star map is drawn after payment and the links appear on the order page and in your email within minutes (links stay live for 7 days).
Downloads cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. A file that will not open or is not what the listing describes is replaced — tell us within 30 days. For the star map, one free redraw is included if you ask within 7 days.
Printed goods (ordered on Etsy)
How it is made
Framed prints, canvases, posters, t-shirts and printed star maps are produced to order by our print partners, Gelato and Printful, at the facility nearest you, then shipped to the address on your Etsy order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Personalised star maps start production after you approve the proof, or 24 hours after the order if we do not hear from you.

Delivery estimates are on each listing. Orders outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the buyer’s responsibility; we cannot control customs delays.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation on Etsy within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once the proof is approved.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size or finish chosen in error, or an address typed wrongly. Please check the listed dimensions and your address before you pay.
Damaged, defective or wrong
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, message us on Etsy or email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We send a replacement at no cost; if a replacement is impossible we refund. You do not need to send anything back.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement well past the estimated delivery date, tell us and we chase the carrier and reship or refund.
